One evening, as you are taking an evening stroll, a stranger who looks Chinese, pops out of the darkness, pushes into your hands a weird antique scroll, and vanishes. “What on earth is going on here?” you think, as you unroll the scroll and look at it under the street light. It is worn out and contains nothing but hieroglyphs, some of them barely visible. They are as mesmerizing, as Druid spells. What does the text mean? What does it have to do with you? What will happen if you fail on the task of deciphering and completing the mysterious text?

If you step outside the everyday, you can discover a parallel world. The lull of the mundane and habit is as strong as anesthesia, and overcoming it is not easy. We are the Villa Dei Misteri (Villa of the Mysteries) Club! Join the club if you like to play and is looking for ways to express yourself. You can do it here. Explore and develop your unique individual style. Write, take pictures, shoot videos, compose music, or rap! The role of the club community is to guide, listen and provide feedback.

As a club member, you gain access to a multitude of games. Deciphering an ancient Chinese scroll, roaming an abandoned home of a famous deceased film director, or solving a complex mystery riddle – each game encourages a fresh look at the seemingly boring. The games help you acquire new knowledge and skills in various areas. Road maps show the best paths to your goals. There are no standard paths or games. You have to generate a unique key for each of them. If you stumble, we are always there to help.

In the club, you get to meet various characters, some of them quite unusual. Each possesses superpowers. Once you join the club, you have an option of choosing your avatar among them. Your avatar serves as your ID card for other players and provides help in difficult game situations. But you have to do some work to uncover your avatar’s superpowers.

The club’s library is a useful resource in your adventures. The library, as all the games, was put together by a design team of university professors and professionals in the fields featured on our site. It is a repository of useful information needed to facilitate your communications with the mysterious realms and game characters.

The most advanced players will get to share their knowledge and creative products with the new club members.
